Berezovsky dairy plant was founded in August, 1944. The equipment consisted of several manual separators, manual wooden churn, and the assortment of the production manufactured numbered 3 kinds only: butter, milk and cottage cheese.
The plant grew and was reconstructed every decade. In 1957 steam-mechanized butter-making plant with processing of 30 tons of milk per shift was built, but in connection with increase in purchases of milk and increasing demands of the population for diary products the necessity of expansion of production capacity has developed.

In 1965-1967 butter- and cheese-making plant with capacity of 50 tons of milk per shift was built that has allowed to сreate a greater variety of products. Manufacture of cheese “Rossiysky”, butter, sour cream and sour-milk production was mastered.
High rates of increase in dairy storage, constantly increasing demand of the population for diary products and expedience of complex processing of raw materials on the food purposes have caused necessity of creamery reconstruction. In 1986 first line of manufacture of Berezovsky plant with capacity of 280 tons of milk per shift was put into operation. Hard cheese became the main production of the enterprise. The innovation appeared in a cheese-making shop - Hungarian set of equipment with forming devices and tunnel presses for daily manufacture of 20 tons of hard rennet cheeses.
Besides, the plant has been equipped with modern equipment for complex processing of raw materials – ultrafiltrational unit of Danish company “Pasilak”, that allows to process 100-150 tons of whey per day.

In December 1987 the second line of building was ready for use as well – shop on manufacture of whole-milk production with capacity of 50 tons per shift. It has allowed to bring the processing of milk to 500 tons per day in summertime and to 200-250 tons per day during winter period. The assortment numbered more than 150 kinds of production. The enterprise traditionally manufactured four kinds of hard cheese.
In autumn 1998 three new vertical cheesemakers providing cooking in the enclosed space were bought and installed. It has allowed to increase the quality of cheese and to сreate a greater variety of products.
Today the plant not without pride presents twelve items of hard cheeses, including new ones: “Selsky” (45% of fat), “Polessky” (20% and 30% of fat), “Russky” (45% of fat), “Berestie” (40% of fat), “Radzivyll” (45% of fat), “Monastyrsky” (45% of fat). In December 2000 Belarusians have received new hard cheese – “Rossiysky osoby”. It is manufactured on the basis of Bulgarian cultures with fermenting period of 15 days.
In 1999 the plant got Italian line for eskimo. The assortment of ice-cream has increased to 20 kinds for these years.
In October 2003 Ivatzevichsky dairy factory was added to our plant, and now it is called Ivatzevichsky shop.
Now the main product of this shop is technical acid casein that is exported outside of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Besides, in this shop cheeses "Adygeysky" (hunter, with onion and pepper, sharp, with paprika and without a filler), pickled cheese "Brynza", cheeses with cheddaring of cheese mass ("Riviera") are manufactured.
In 2004 the line of pouring of yoghurts with productivity of 6 000 but./hour was set a-going. Manufacture of fat icing with cocoa for making of glazed cake cheeses and ice-cream has been organized.
In 2006 the automated line of Danish company "Damrov" on manufacture of hard rennet cheeses to 40 tons per day was placed in operation.
The enterprise has received the certificate of conformity STB ISO 9001-2001 and the control system of quality and safety on the basis of the analysis of risks and critical control points HACCP was introduced. In 2006 the reconstruction of drying station began. The ultrafiltrational system of German company "ALPMA" will allow to process on the basis of membrane technology 200-220 tons of whey per day. The whey protein concentrate received and the whey itself will further be used for manufacture of baby food products.
In February, 2007 by reorganisation Ivanovsky dairy factory (now - Ivanovsky shop) has been added to JSC “BCP”. This shop specializes on manufacture of condensed full cream milk, skim milk, and cottage cheese.
Since July, 1994 Berezovsky cheese-making plant has been an open-end joint-stock company.
JSC “BCP” is one of few enterprises of the branch where new modern ways of processing of secondary raw materials are applied.
