Enterprise
JSC “Berezovsky cheese-making plant” is one of the largest cheese-making plants of the Republic of Belarus.
The enterprise purpose:
- to manufacture only natural products
- high quality of production
- stability and reliability

In February, 2007 by reorganisation Ivanovsky dairy factory (now - Ivanovsky shop) has been added to JSC “BCP”. This shop specializes on manufacture of condensed full cream milk, skim milk, and cottage cheese.
JSC “BCP” produces more than 160 items of dairy production such as:
- rennet cheeses;
- processed sausage cheeses;
- butter, butter-oil;
- ice-cream;
- mayonnaise;
- whole-milk production, cottage cheese;
- glazed cakes;
- probiotic products: «Aktivyl», "Ideal", "Exotica";
- dry whey;
- whey protein concentrate;
- condensed milk: low-fat and with 8.5 % fat content;
- whole milk substitute (cattle milk replacer).
The capacities are intended for considerable manufacture:
- of raw materials processing - 300 tons per shift in terms of milk;
- of fat rennet cheese - 20 tons per shift;
- of tallow oil - 15 tons per shift;
- of processed cheese - 5 tons per shift;
- of dry cheese whey - 4 tons per shift;
- of whey protein concentrate (WPC) - 0,8 tons per shift;
- of dairy sugar from the ultrafilter – 1 ton;
- of whole-milk production - 50 tons.
Since July, 1994 Berezovsky cheese-making plant has been an open-end joint-stock company.
JSC “BCP” is one of few enterprises of the branch where new modern ways of processing of secondary raw materials are applied.
